Some of Susi’s fondest memories remain those she incurred as a little girl on the back of her brother’s 1973 Honda CB350.  Those memories stay in the forefront in her approach to marketing to the enthusiast. From the little things like how the phone is answered to larger concerns centering on how your product is perceived, the customer’s experience is always the #1 focus of her marketing strategy. These days, it’s too easy to forget about customer service although customer service remains your most vital marketing tool.

As lead Project Manager for the largest and fastest growing direct mail company in the United States, Susi employed niche programs and advanced technology that enabled the delivery of superior, measurable results for her customers. She also utilized customized databases, CMS and saturation metrics and KPI to determine optimal client campaign mixture.

Additional strengths exercised by Vincent include allocating, monitoring and analyzing individual store annual marketing budgets and preparing budgetary assessments and reports for Senior Management stakeholders (consistently coming in under budget by an average of 8% yearly). She has worked as a media buyer, analyzed media mix to ensure optimal ROI and composed and coordinated production of local advertising including the review and supervision of television and radio scripts and direct mail campaigns utilizing PURL and CURL technologies (this resulted in an increase in data/demographic collections by 35% and a decreased return rate of 85%). She is also well versed in print and all promotional publications, the creation and design of electronic communication media (including websites), organic placement, SEM, SEO, and graphics design.
